常見問題
「上次付款日」和「下次扣款日」要填哪一個？
填你比較確定的那一個。多數人記得上次付款的日期（或能在收據、信用卡帳單找到），App 會依付款週期推算接下來的扣款日，並在下方顯示預計的兩次扣款讓你確認。
「自動續訂」和「手動續購」有什麼不同？
自動續訂是到期會自動扣款，例如 Netflix、Spotify，會算進預計扣款金額。手動續購是要自己再買一次的，例如遊戲月卡，到期只會提醒你，不會算進預計扣款；按「已續購」後，下一次會從實際購買日起算。
為什麼總額旁邊顯示有外幣沒算進去？
外幣訂閱需要匯率才能換算。App 會自動取得每日匯率，連不上網路時沿用上次的匯率；你也可以在「設定 › 匯率」手動設定。還沒有匯率的幣別不會被亂加進總額。
換手機或刪掉 App，資料會不見嗎？
資料存在手機上，刪除 App 會一併刪除。換手機有兩種方式：在「設定」開啟「iCloud 同步」，新手機登入同一個 Apple 帳號後會自動同步；或用「匯出備份」存成檔案，到新手機用「從備份匯入」。
「成員分帳」怎麼用？
先在「設定 › 成員分帳」加入一起分攤的人，再到訂閱的編輯畫面打開「和成員分攤」，勾選有分的人。預設平均分攤，也可以為某個人指定固定金額。每次扣款後，成員頁會列出誰還沒給錢，收到後點一下就能標記已收。
沒有收到扣款提醒？
請到 iPhone「設定 › 通知 › Bloop」確認通知已開啟。提醒是手機本機通知，每次打開 App 會重新排定接下來的提醒，很久沒打開 App 時，較遠的提醒可能還沒排上。
不想讓別人看到某個訂閱？
在訂閱的編輯畫面打開「敏感訂閱」，名稱會顯示為「訂閱」、圖示換成鎖頭，通知也不會顯示名稱；金額仍照常顯示，總額也會計入。也可以在「設定」開啟「打開 App 時需要 Face ID」。
怎麼切換 App 的語言？
App 會跟著 iPhone 的語言，支援繁體中文、English、日本語。也可以在「設定 › 語言」單獨設定，重新開啟 App 後生效。

FAQ
Should I enter the last payment or the next charge?
Whichever you’re surer of. Most people remember their last payment (or can find it on a receipt or card statement). The app works out the next charges from the billing cycle and shows the next two so you can check them.
What’s the difference between Auto-renew and Manual renewal?
Auto-renew subscriptions are charged automatically, like Netflix or Spotify, and count toward expected charges. Manual renewals are things you buy again yourself, like a game pass: you get a reminder, but they don’t count as expected charges. Once you confirm a purchase, the next one is counted from the day you actually bought it.
Why does the total say some foreign currency isn’t included?
Foreign-currency subscriptions need an exchange rate to convert. The app fetches daily rates automatically and keeps the last ones when offline; you can also set rates in Settings › Exchange rates. Currencies without a rate are never added to the total by guesswork.
Will I lose my data if I change phones or delete the app?
Your data is stored on your iPhone and is deleted with the app. To move to a new phone, either turn on iCloud Sync in Settings and sign in with the same Apple Account on the new phone, or use Export Backup to save a file and Import Backup on the new phone.
How does Member Split work?
Add the people you share with in Settings › Member Split, then turn on “Split with members” when editing a subscription and pick who’s in. Shares are equal by default, or you can set a fixed amount for someone. After each charge, the Member Split page lists who still owes you; tap to mark a share as collected.
I didn’t get a reminder.
Check that notifications are on in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Bloop. Reminders are local notifications that are rescheduled each time you open the app, so if you haven’t opened it in a long while, later reminders may not be scheduled yet.
How do I keep a subscription private?
Turn on “Sensitive subscription” when editing it. It shows as “Subscription” with a lock icon, and notifications won’t show its name. The amount still shows and counts toward totals. You can also turn on “Require Face ID to open” in Settings.
How do I change the app’s language?
The app follows your iPhone’s language and supports Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese. You can also choose one in Settings › Language; it applies the next time you open the app.

よくある質問
「前回の支払日」と「次回の引き落とし日」、どちらを入力すればいいですか？
確実にわかる方を入力してください。前回の支払日は覚えていたり、レシートやカード明細で確認できたりすることが多いはずです。支払い周期から次の引き落とし日を計算し、次の2回分を表示するので確認できます。
「自動更新」と「手動で購入」の違いは？
自動更新は期限が来ると自動で引き落とされるもの（Netflix、Spotifyなど）で、引き落とし予定に含まれます。手動で購入は自分で買い直すもの（ゲームの月額パスなど）で、期限が来ると通知しますが引き落とし予定には含まれません。購入を確認すると、次回は実際に購入した日から数えます。
合計に「外貨が含まれていない」と表示されるのはなぜ？
外貨のサブスクリプションを換算するには為替レートが必要です。毎日のレートを自動で取得し、オフラインのときは前回のレートを使います。「設定 › 為替レート」で手動設定もできます。レートのない通貨が推測で合計に加えられることはありません。
機種変更やAppの削除でデータは消えますか？
データはiPhoneに保存されているため、Appを削除すると一緒に削除されます。機種変更の際は、設定で「iCloud 同期」をオンにして新しいiPhoneで同じAppleアカウントにサインインするか、「書き出す」でファイルに保存し、新しいiPhoneで「読み込む」を使ってください。
「割り勘」の使い方は？
「設定 › 割り勘」で一緒に払う人を追加し、サブスクリプションの編集画面で「メンバーと割り勘」をオンにして参加する人を選びます。標準では均等割りで、人ごとに固定額も設定できます。引き落としのたびに、まだ受け取っていない分が割り勘ページに表示され、タップで受け取り済みにできます。
通知が届きません
iPhoneの「設定 › 通知 › Bloop」で通知がオンになっているか確認してください。通知はiPhone上のローカル通知で、Appを開くたびに次の分が予約されます。長い間Appを開いていないと、先の通知がまだ予約されていないことがあります。
特定のサブスクリプションを見られたくない
編集画面で「非表示にする」をオンにすると、名前が「サブスク」、アイコンが鍵になり、通知にも名前が表示されません。金額はそのまま表示され、合計にも含まれます。設定で「アプリを開くときに Face ID を要求」をオンにすることもできます。
Appの言語を変えるには？
AppはiPhoneの言語に合わせて表示され、繁体字中国語・英語・日本語に対応しています。「設定 › 言語」で個別に選ぶこともでき、次にAppを開いたときに反映されます。
